  • PROCESSING & DISPATCH

    Pre-Order Items By the estimated shipping date on each product page (typically 14–21 business days)
    Orders Containing Both All items ship together once the pre-order item is ready. Timeline follows the longest lead time
    • Want your in-stock items sooner? Place them as a separate order. Note that each order is subject to its own shipping fee
    • Tracking number will be provided via email after shipment
    • During holidays and high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days
    • Need something urgently? Contact us and we'll see what we can do

  • TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

    • All customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price
    • No additional fees will be charged upon delivery
    • You will not be asked to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes at your doorstep
    • If you are ever asked to pay additional fees at delivery, please contact us right away — that shouldn't happen, and we'll resolve it

  • LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

    • If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
    • We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund
    • Haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order? Let us know — we'll look into it

 

TAIWAN LOCAL CUSTOMERS

 

  • SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY SERVICE

    • Shipping Cost: NT$150
    • Logistics Provider: SF Express
    • Estimated Delivery: Approximately 7 days after dispatch
    • Delivery Restrictions: Delivery only to residential or office addresses. Convenience store pickup is not available

  • PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

    • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3 business days after order placement (excluding holidays)
    • Pre-Order Items: Dispatched by the estimated shipping date shown on each product page (typically 14–21 business days from order date)
    • Orders Containing Both: All items ship together once the pre-order item is ready
    • Tracking Information: Tracking number will be provided via email after shipment
    • Special Circumstances:
      • Orders may be delayed by 1–2 days during high package volume periods
      • Delays may occur during Lunar New Year, major national holidays, or special holiday periods, subject to logistics provider arrangements
      • Actual shipping time will be based on the shipping notification email you receive

  • CUSTOMS CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Taiwan customers must provide their National ID number at checkout
    • Purpose: National ID number is required for EZ WAY real-name verification customs clearance
    • Privacy Protection: Your National ID number will be securely encrypted and stored. Please click here to view our privacy policy
    • Non-Compliance: If you do not provide your National ID number at checkout and fail to respond after multiple contact attempts, your package will be shipped via EMS system (shipping cost remains the same)
    • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to the above terms
